Brenda and I have been good, and busy. I"m still working in So, Plainfield so it's a long drive. Kept going through windshields on the xB :/ so I got rid of it. I'm not sure the iQ would really be good for commuting although I really would like to have one. Pretty cool stuff going on with Scion so that's good to see. I"d about given up on them when they delayed the iQ for so long . I hope you've all been well.

We're still trucking alone.

My wife got rid of her xB for a Jetta which left us without a hauling vehicle, so I got rid of the xD and got a Colorado. :) You are right though, things are looking better for scion.

sorry to hear you have a long commute, but glad you and Brenda are doing good!

iQ is very cute BUT the price in my opinion is a lil too high for what you get...you can get a well packaged fiat with a sunroof & its a lil bigger/more roomy for about the same price as an iQ & about the same gas milage....
chris & i still have our xBs  and you know i can totally understand about the windshield cracking issue!!! still got #7 but it does have 2 cracks that i had filled :D
glad to hear all is well!!!

^+1 iQ is way over priced for what it is. They shoulda kept the xA around. Cheaper n more car for the money. Go Fiat!

I think that Fiat is really cute but I worry about buying one, lol. I'm not sure either of those cars would be good at 80 up and down the parkway. They definitely should have kept the xA around! I was thinking about an Elantra, the mileage is supposed to be around 40 on that one and the warranty is 100k. Brenda is still driving the hamster car, the Soul. She loves it. The mileage isn't great, about 29? on the highway.

I came across the pic of us at PF Chang when I was taking my website down. I wanted to get off of Godaddy. SO I'm moving over to Greengeeks. I have to redo the site though and make it up to date.

Sorry for the late reply. It's really busy right now. Last weekend for example we plowed 7acres at the organic farm I'm helping out at. We're doing an experiment growing 8 types of wheat to see which grows best, then I"m milling it to bake bread. I planted that on Sunday.. in the rain, lol. I"m glad to be getting back to basics.

Better late then never? haha. I can't believe it's October already! zoiks! Over the summer I traded in the Mazda 2 (after getting cut off three times in two days) for a Kia Optima. The payment is 100 bucks more and the oddly enough the gas mileage is about the same. The only thing I hate about is the mp3 player doesn't keep track of where you left off. I think it's really annoying to have to start over all the time! It doesnt look like a player that can be easily interchanged either :( Oh well. I hope you all had a good summer and that life is treating you okay. Over and out for now.
